## Installation Method
Simply install our AI agent app from Shopify’s app store. Everything is streamlined and fully integrated.

– You can test the experience directly on your site, or via the dashboard

If the chat widget does not appear:
– Confirm that the widget has been enabled in your theme settings
– Test the site in an incognito or private browser window

In case you need assistance or support regarding the AI agent, you may simply book a meeting through a dedicated button on the app screen in your Shopify settings.
You may also send us a message through the ‘Get support’ option in the upper right menu of the app screen in your Shopify settings.
If additional assistance is required, Shopify users also have a dedicated point of contact for Shopify-related questions.
When relevant, the AI agent can guide you to the appropriate Shopify point of contact based on the latest contact information.
