### What do you need from us to get started?
At a minimum, we typically need:
– Your website URL and which platform you use (for example: Shopify or WooCommerce)

Customers using WooCommerce or other integrations are assigned a dedicated Customer Success (CS) manager.
The CS manager:
– Is assigned immediately after the contract is signed

– Remains involved beyond go-live as the agent is refined over time
