As a Conversational AI Data Scientist, you’ll design and evaluate the logic behind real-world dialogue, shaping how our agents think, interact, and improve.

  • You’ll be part of the core team that builds and maintains the conversational layer at the heart of our system. Your focus will be on how conversations are structured, kept coherent, and scaled across different products. You’ll define and improve the logic behind dialogue, making sure agents respond clearly, keep context, and handle errors smoothly.

  • You’ll use a systems-level view of conversational architecture and multi-agent coordination to design reliable dialogue flows and reasoning mechanisms that work seamlessly across learning, commerce, and service use cases within a shared infrastructure.
