We do offer integrations with many common CRM and support platforms. If you need specific integration, let us know during setup and we’ll explore available options with you. Note that integration into any other platform other than your Shopify store will be charged with additional monthly/yearly cost to your package.

We want to make your experience as smooth as possible—even if you decide to cancel your monthly subscription package. To cancel your subscription, simply reach out to your dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) by email or through our support contact form. Your CSM will personally handle the cancellation process for you.

Once your request is received, your CSM will confirm the cancellation and notify you within 24 hours. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and you won’t incur any further charges. If you ever wish to return, reactivating your subscription is quick and easy—just let us know!
